DesktopBrowser

DesktopBrowser - your fullscreen web browser in the background of your screen

DesktopBrowser is a fullscreen internet browser in the background of your screen. Because MacOS X allows you to access the desktop via Finder, you don't really need your desktop - so why don't have a web browser always in the background? With the update feature you can have your favorite news site always visible on the screen while working with other apps and see what's happening. Or you use the change-site feature to switch to another site every 1, 5, or 10 minutes.

  • Fullscreen internet browser
  • Apple's Safari Web Engine
  • DesktopBrowser displays everything in the background, like a desktop picture
  • Always see what's on the website while using other applications in the foreground
  • Easy access to the DesktopBrowser menu in the menu bar
  • Option to have the selected website updated every x minutes
  • Option to switch the site every x minutes
